Executive Assistant Manager

Job Requirements :

– Prior 2 years experience in the same role in 5-star hotel

– Demonstrates knowladge and experience in all aspects of hotel operations, human resource management and industry practice

– A hands-on leader and a people person with a guest-centric focus

– Agile and articulare, a team player with ability to motivate other and attend to difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

– Result-oriented, eager to learn and perform well under pressure

– A proficient user of computer and property management system

– Experienced in setting targets, budgeting, financial accountability, analysis and reporting

– Proficient in spoken and written English

 

Director of Finance

Job Requirements :

– Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (Master’s degree is an advantage)

–  At least 2 years experience as director of finance in 5 star hotel

– Excellent financial modeling, project management and critical thingking skills with a strong work ethic

– Knowladge of overall hotel operations, property, management system setup,purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment

– Strong Knowladge of internal control, prior experience as financial auditor is an advantage

– Able to achieve equal focus on both revenue generation and cost management

– Technology savvy, able to use standard software applications and hotel systems

– Proficient in spoken and written english

– Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, articular agile and results-oriented

– Hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable

 

Director of Rooms

Job Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in hotel management, or related field

– Prior experience as director of rooms in 5-star hotel

– A proactive and hands-on leader with attention to details and excellent organizational and communication skills

– A team player, motivator and trainer

– Excellent knowladge in all aspects of rooms

– Proficient user of computer and property management system

– Proficient in spoken and written english

– Hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable

 

Director of Sales & Marketing

Job Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business managemeng (Master’s degree is an advantage)

– At least 2 years experience as director of sales & marketing in 5 star hotel

– Proficient in branding, strategic marketing  communications and digital marketing

– Knowladgeable about travel and lifestyle trends

– A mobilizer, demonstrates strong leadership, communication and tactical skills

– Agile,energic,articulate,result oriented with a can-do attitude

– Strong presentation and computer skills

– Proficient in spoken and written english

– Hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable

 

Chief Engineer

Job Requirements :

– Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or relate field

– At least 2 years proven experience as chief engineer in a 5-star hotel

– Result-oriented with a track record of supervising multiple complex projects

– Pre opening experience is a distinctive advantage

– A hands-on leader with strong communication, interpersonal and training skills

– Motivated, reliable, and positive personality with a guest-centric attitude and attention to details

– Proficient in spoken and written english

 

Executive Housekeeper

Job Requirements :

– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

– At least 2 years proven track record as executive housekeeper in a 5-star hotel

– A proactive and hands-on leader with strong interpersonal, communication and training skill

– Result-driven, sevice-oriented, with exceptional attention to details

– A motivated, energic and positive leader

– Pre opening experience is a distinctive advantage

– Proficient is spoken and written english

 

F&B Director

Job Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in hotel management, Food & Beverage or related field

– Prior experience as F&B Director in 5-star hotel

– A Proactive and hands-on leader with attetion to details

– A team player with exceptional organizational, communication and training skills

– Result-oriented, proficient in budgeting, costing, financial analysis and reporting

– Proficient user of computer and property management system

– Proficient in spoken and written english

– Hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable
